Blum is one of the newest Web3 games on the Telegram messaging application. This game has become popular among users who love playing Tap-to-Earn games to gain financial benefits. From Notcoin to TapSwap, Yescoin to Hamster, and now Blum, it seems the Telegram gaming trend is on.  

Blum introduces itself as a hybrid exchange platform that combines features from both CEX and DEX in one platform. 

With over 20 million users and 12 million subscribers in Telegram groups, Blum seeks to redefine the crypto trading experience with a unique approach.

This project is claimed to be able to overcome common problems that exist with CEX and DEX, and allows users to buy coins from any network.

The team behind the project Blum consisting of several well-known figures in the crypto industry. CEO Gleb Kostarev is a former Vice President of Binance, while CMO Vladimir Smerkis is a former director Binance in the CIS. 

Apart from that, there is CTO Vlad Maslyakov who was previously product design leader at TrustWallet and Binance. The expertise and experience of this team was one of the main factors that attracted attention to the Blum project.

Blum took the strategic step of integrating their platform into Telegram, which has nearly 1 billion users worldwide. 

Through a mini-app on Telegram, users can start collecting Blum points that can later be used when the crypto trading app is fully launched. 

Currently, users can earn points by interacting via Blum Crypto Bot, playing Drop Game, inviting referral, and complete daily or social tasks.

To get started, users must register an account with Blum Crypto Bot and start collecting points by pressing the 'farm' button. Users must check-in every 8 hours to claim their points. 

Additionally, Drop Game offers an interesting way to earn more points by hitting as many falling green balls as possible in one minute. Users can also invite referrals to earn 10% from direct referrals and 2.5% from indirect referrals.

Although Blum has not yet announced an official launch date, the project will be judged based on the value of the tokens airdropped at launch. 

In March, Binance Labs announced Blum as one of 13 early-stage projects selected for season 7 of the Most Valuable Builder (MVB) Accelerator Program. 

While being part of the MVB Accelerator Program does not guarantee investment in these projects, selection does Blum indicating that big players see potential in this project.

Blum appears to be on track to develop into a comprehensive hybrid exchange platform. The creators of this mini-app game on Telegram claim that they are committed to providing easy access to a wide range of coins and tokens, as well as offering derivatives trading in the near future.
